Equipment Pickup:

- Deposit Cheque of $500 is required.

- All Outstanding Fees must be paid in full and/or Outstanding Equipment returned prior to receiving any Equipment.

Equipment Return:

- Mouth guards, belts, girdles, Houseleague team jersey, socks or equipment of a personal nature are not to be returned.

- A vital part of keeping our costs low is maintaining our equipment inventory. Your assistance is greatly appreciated in this by your adherence to the established schedule of return dates.

If you fail to meet these dates and have not made alternate arrangements to return your equipment prior to the final RETURN date, your deposit cheque will be cashed and the player will not be permitted to participate in any Dolphins sanctioned event until the equipment is returned and any outstanding fees are paid in full.

Equipment will be handed out and/or returned in the Dolphins Club House located at the back of the Westshore Community Centre, located on Bayly St. in Pickering, west of Liverpool Road (unless otherwise communicated differently).
